1 Minute to the Sea
haletto house KOSHIGOE is a home near the sea. Venture outside and walk towards the wide sky to find the beach. On the other side of the sands forming a gentle curve is Enoshima.
This beautiful sky and sea changes together with the seasons and time. -
Experience Your Life
Koshigoe is near Kamakura, but is not a sightseeing area.
The town is lined with shops with relaxing scenery that give a sense to what life is like in the town. Please try strolling the streets and imagine life in this town.

Livingroom
Enter through the entryway and there will be a spacious 17.36 square meter living room on the first floor. Furniture that harmonize with tatami matted rooms and the building’s distinct characteristics were chosen. Take a seat on the sofa and listen to the sounds of Koshigoe while looking out into the small garden.

Study ＆ Bedroom
One out of the two Japanese-style rooms on the second floor will have a bed and desk. You can see Enoshima from the balcony of this 9.9 square meter room, making it perfect for losing yourself to your thoughts while looking out at the sea.
A letter writing set is prepared for you in this room. How about sitting in the vintage chair and writing a letter to your beloved?
The post office is within walking distance of haletto house KOSHIGOE. -
Kitchen
Simple cooking utensils for making breakfast are provided. Spend your morning happily with delicious toast made with the BALMUDA toaster paired with coffee from Koshigoe Coffee, the café across the street from the house. (Bring haletto house KOSHIGOE’s kettle and they will brew your coffee inside). Bread can be purchased from local supermarkets.

Bathroom
Both the lovely navy blue tiles and the deep stainless bathtub are things that haven’t changed since the building’s construction. You can feel warmth in this bathroom (comes with a hot water supply and reheating function). The bathroom is also equipped with a drum washing machine. Please rest assured as you’ll be able to wash your clothes, even if you dirty them after playing in the water.

Sleep
The second Japanese room on the second floor is a 12.4 square meter room. Futons for five people along with an aroma diffuser are provided to you. Choose your favorite aroma and spend your evening comfortably.

Open the living room window to find a small garden outside. Feel the breeze enveloped in the faint scent of salt water as you sit on the porch.

Library
On the bookshelf are books you should read here as selected by ”Su Go Su” staff. Think about everything while listening to the waves and you’re sure to develop new ideas.

Is a charge also applied to infants?
Guests that are elementary school age and older will be calculated as an adult. Toddlers will not be charged.

Mitsui Repark Koshigoe Beachfront (Address: 3-1-7 Koshigoe, Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture) is a paid parking facility located about a 3 minute walk from the house. However, this is not a parking lot operated by our company and we cannot guarantee there to be parking. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
